Row Level Security
Every query runs inside a transaction-scoped Postgres RLS policy. One tenant cannot read another.
Per-recipient watermarks
Every document is stamped "Prepared for {email} · {date}" on first access, so a forwarded copy is always traceable.
OTP anti-forwarding
A 6-digit one-time code is required on every new device. Links cannot be shared without the original recipient's inbox.
Immutable audit trail
All access events are written to an append-only Postgres table. UPDATE and DELETE are revoked at the database level.

Built by people who have run raises
PrimeVDR was built out of a specific frustration: sending a data room and then wondering for weeks whether anyone actually read it. The team has direct experience on both sides of the table, as founders who have shared decks and financials, and as operators who have helped companies through due diligence. The product is a plain answer to the question every founder asks after hitting send: "Did they open it?"
