- Is there really no per-seat fee?
- Yes. Every PrimeVDR plan is a flat monthly fee. Invite unlimited investors, add unlimited team members. The price doesn't change.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export a full CSV audit log (engagement data + events) at any time, including on the free tier, before you cancel. Your documents and audit trail are always yours.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan requires no credit card. Upgrade only when you're actively raising.
- How is this different from DocSend?
- DocSend charges per user (up to $250/mo) and tracks individual links, not the whole room. PrimeVDR is flat-fee, tracks the entire investor relationship, and gives you a 0–100 engagement score that tells you who to call, not just who clicked.
- Is the 0–100 score AI or machine learning?
