- Is there really no per-seat fee?
- Yes. Every plan is a flat monthly fee. Invite your whole cap table and every prospect, add unlimited team members, and the price does not change. There is no per-seat axis here, by design.
- When do I start paying?
- Free stays free until an investor opens something for the first time. After that you have a 48-hour grace window before you pick a plan, so you are never hard-blocked in the middle of a live raise.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan needs no credit card. Upgrade only when you are actively raising.
- How is this different from DocSend?
