Do I need to create an account?↓
No. Your investor inbox uses your email address as your identity. Enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, and you are in. No account creation, no password, no app.
What can the founder see?↓
The founder can see that you opened their room, which documents you viewed, how much time you spent on each, and whether you returned. They cannot see who you forwarded the link to — because forwarding is blocked by design.
Can I forward the link to a colleague?↓
The link is bound to your email address. If a colleague needs access, the founder can invite them directly from their dashboard. This protects the founder's confidential information and maintains a clean audit trail.
Is my data safe?↓
PrimeVDR uses OTP-verified access, per-recipient encrypted sessions, and an immutable audit trail. Your access data is shared only with the founder who invited you.
