Investor Inbox
A unified portal where investors can access all data rooms that have been shared with their email address.
The investor inbox is PrimeVDR's two-sided feature that gives investors a single authenticated view of every data room any founder has shared with them across all companies. Investors access the inbox via /inbox, verify their email with a one-time code, and see a consolidated list of active rooms. The inbox is powered by a shared email identity (personKey) that links all recipients with the same verified email address. For founders, the inbox creates a built-in distribution loop: every investor who accesses a room is a potential future founder who may sign up.

An investor at a seed fund had been invited to seven different founder data rooms. The investor inbox showed all seven in one view, sorted by most recently updated.
