Room Readiness Score
A 0–100 score that tells founders how complete their data room is before they share it.
The Room Readiness Score checks a data room against the Standard Startup template (6 sections, 14 expected documents) and scores it on two dimensions: checklist completion (60 pts, based on how many expected documents are present) and quality signals (40 pts: at least one final-status doc, 5+ total docs, Financials section present, Legal section present). A room scoring below 60 is flagged as 'Getting there'; above 85 is 'Diligence-ready'. Founders see the score and a ranked list of missing documents before they hit share.
Example
A room with a pitch deck, financial model, and cap table but no legal documents scores around 60 — 'Almost ready' — and is flagged to add Certificate of Incorporation.
