Engagement Score
A 0–100 number that synthesises how seriously an investor has engaged with a data room.
PrimeVDR's engagement score is a deterministic, rules-based number (0–100) that combines five behavioral signals from an investor's reading session: recency (20 pts), return cadence (20 pts), key-section depth — time on Financials and Legal (30 pts), reading quality including off-hours reads and downloads (15 pts), and total volume (15 pts). The score is updated after each session and gives founders a single ranked list — Hot (≥75), Warm (≥55), Returning (≥35), Quiet (≥15), or Cold — instead of raw analytics they have to interpret themselves.
Example
An investor who returned to a data room twice within 48 hours and spent 12 minutes on the financial model scored 82 — immediately flagged as Hot.
