Off-Hours Read
A document access that occurs between 9pm and 6am in the investor's local timezone.
An off-hours read is a reading session that occurs outside normal business hours — typically between 9pm and 6am in the investor's local time. PrimeVDR detects the investor's timezone from the CloudFront-Viewer-Time-Zone request header (where available) or the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat resolver. Off-hours activity correlates strongly with internal advocacy: the investor is doing their own research before a partnership meeting, not triage. It contributes to the Reading Quality component (15%) of the engagement score.
Example
An investor in London accessed a data room at 10:47pm GMT on a Thursday — detected as an off-hours read and factored into the engagement score.
